Brainspotting™ is a powerful and rapid healing technique that locates and releases unprocessed trauma, emotion and pain through specific points in the client’s visual field. It accesses material stored in the deep parts of the brain and allows for a gentle, but powerful, processing and release. It can be used in conjunction with regular talk therapy, or as a stand-alone therapeutic experience.
